Casa Cedri
Milano 3 / Basiglio IT, 2025
Renovation of a private flat, 150 sqm
This 150 sqm flat in Milano 3 underwent a complete spatial reconfiguration. The layout was redesigned to create a vast open-plan living area with an integrated kitchen, extending onto a loggia that serves as a physical continuation of the interior.
The plan is organised around this central heart, wich separates two functional wings: the family wing, comprising two bedrooms, a cabinet, a bathroom and a laundry room; and the guest wing, featuring indipendent bedroom and bathroom.
The surrounding lush park acts as a constant backdrop to all primary rooms.
Particular attention was given to lighting design. A bespoke plasterboard ceiling was engineered in the living area to incorporate air conditioning as well as a cove lighting system, providing seamless, integrated illumination to ensure a soft and diffuse atmosphere throughout the main family space.
